Q. Do you ship items immediately?
All items ship immediately unless a ship date is listed in the item title or descriptions.
Q. What are your shipping options?
We offer shipping options through UPS and USPS. Pricing for shipping varies based on the weight of the package.
Q. How do I know my order has been placed?
After you make a purchase with us, you will see a page that says “Thank you for your order, here is your order number.” A confirmation email will also be sent to you at the email address entered during checkout. If you cannot locate the confirmation email, it may have been filtered into your junk/spam folder. If you need your confirmation email to be resent, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Q. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, an email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
